BUTTING training celebrates top performance

This year, a BUTTING training graduate is once again one of the best in the profession in the Lüneburg-Wolfsburg Chamber district thanks to his outstanding examination performance. This success was jointly celebrated at a ceremony in honour of the graduates.

On the occasion of the award by the Lüneburg-Wolfsburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a total of 102 young junior employees came together and were honoured for their top performance within the individual professions. From the ranks of BUTTING apprentice, Leo Pfund, now a trained systems mechanic, made it onto the podium thanks to his outstanding examination performance. He successfully completed his apprenticeship as one of the best of around 4,000 graduates in 2022. The responsible training manager was also honoured during the event.

Carsten Kamke, Head of industrial-technical training at BUTTING in Knesebeck, was delighted: "We congratulate our graduate on his outstanding achievement and thank all the trainers and supervisors who contributed to this success!" He added that "in the coming year, we are again looking forward to receiving numerous applications and getting to know potential junior employees." BUTTING places a great deal of emphasis on providing the optimum preparation for the start of a professional career. Thanks to the combination of theory and practice, the apprenticeship teaches important basics and prepares trainees specifically for the completion of their training.
