Training in Knesebeck: full speed ahead for new image film

3…2…1...Action! Since last year, BUTTING in Knesebeck has been breaking new ground under the motto “Volles Rohr” [full speed ahead] to inspire the trainees of tomorrow. The campaign has now been topped off with a new training film. The film stands out not only thanks to its concise portrait of the company, but also with the very personal experiences of trainees and long-standing employees that are deliberately placed at the centre of the action.

From systems mechanic to industrial management assistant to IT specialist—there are 11 different apprenticed professions on offer at the Knesebeck headquarters. What they all have in common is that there is always the opportunity for personal development. Kerstin Wegener, Sales Director Clad pipes, reports: "I started out training as an industrial mechanic and now I am a manager. It's such a big company and it offers so many development opportunities." President Hermann Butting adds: "Four managing directors of the BUTTING Group did their training with us!"

What is more, the company has been strongly rooted in the region for generations: "Many of my family members have worked here and told me only good things. That's why I applied," says Noah Lampen, a trainee machine and plant operator, explaining his motivation to join BUTTING.

All great reasons to do an apprenticeship at BUTTING. You will find these and much more in the new training film. Take a look for yourself!
