Among them were three trainees from BUTTING who excelled with outstanding performances.
- Markus Gerlof – 1st place as a technical product designer
- Felix Büst – 3rd place as machine and plant operator
- Patrick Kühne – 3rd place as cutting machine operator
‘We are very proud of our young talents, who have impressed us with their commitment and expertise,’ emphasises the BUTTING training team. ‘Their achievements show how valuable practical, high-quality training is for our future.’
Markus Gerlof achieved a particular success, qualifying for the state competition at the end of November, where the best trainees in Lower Saxony will be honoured, thanks to his outstanding final grade.
Overall, all of the award-winning graduates of the IHKLW achieved at least 92 out of 100 points in their final examinations. This is impressive proof of their professional skills and motivation.
For decades, BUTTING has attached great importance to promoting young talent. Claudia Rohde, training manager at BUTTING in Knesebeck, is convinced: "Training is a central component of our corporate philosophy: practical, future-oriented and with a wide range of development opportunities. With commitment, enthusiasm and team spirit, our trainers make an important contribution to securing skilled workers in the region. They support young people in building a solid professional foundation for their lives."
