Go-ahead for bike leasing at BUTTING

BUTTING was recently recognised as an attractive employer in the Braunschweig-Wolfsburg region by being awarded the "Zukunftgeber" seal, which literally translates as "future giver". The company got top marks in the Health category, among others. For quite some time, staff have considered fruit days, back training and free health checks to be popular benefits. Now the family business is stepping up a gear by offering its employees attractive bike leasing with immediate effect.

Whether as a company bike or for private use, BUTTING employees have the option of leasing up to two bikes for themselves and a family member. The Knesebeck-based company is collaborating with Germany's leading leasing expert, Company Bike which specialises in large companies such as BUTTING. At an in-house company party in mid-October, keen cyclists at BUTTING were able to find out about the advantages of bike leasing for the first time. "It was a great start. Lots of interested employees sought information about bike leasing at this kick-off event. You can place your orders via our employee portal. Now I'm looking forward to the first deliveries," says Michaela Nolte, Project Manager Employer attractiveness at BUTTING in Knesebeck.

The concept of bike leasing works in the same way as the company car model. Both conventional, biomechanically operated bicycles (bio bikes) and pedelecs (pedal electric cycles, which are bicycles with motorised pedal assistance up to 25 km/h) can be used at low monthly rates. BUTTING employees have two options to find their dream bike: they can choose their bike directly in the service provider's online portal and benefit from an all-round service including mobile repair service or select one at their trusted local dealer.

As part of its "Edel & Stark" (Real strenghts) benefit programme, BUTTING is not only committed to the health of its employees; over 50 benefits in eight different categories also support successful and sustainable cooperation within the employee family and the quality of life of each individual.
