At the opening ceremony, Hermann Butting emphasised the key idea behind the new BUTTING location: "This office represents a milestone: As the BUTTING Group, we want to move closer together and go forward as one into the future. This office location will increase our chances of attracting well-qualified employees from the Hamburg area to the BUTTING Group. For the first time, staff from all affiliated companies of the BUTTING Group can now work together in one office."
The office is located in the tradition-steeped Stellahaus, directly opposite the Speicherstadt warehouse district and with a view of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall. The ten-storey Stellahaus is a listed building and was Hamburg's very first high-rise in the famous Kontorhaus district. Being a place where tradition and progress meet, this is the perfect location for the BUTTING Group's new business premises.
