Recertification Future Provider

70 questions, nine categories, one result: BUTTING in Knesebeck is (still) a future employer!

For the second time, BUTTING in Knesebeck has received the "Future Employer" award from the Braunschweig Region Employers' Association (AGV).

"We were good and have become even better," says Michaela Nolte, Project Manager for Employer Attractiveness, who is delighted with the new award.
"Zukunftgeber" (future employers) can call themselves particularly attractive employers. In order to receive the award, an audit process must be successfully completed. This is carried out by the AGV. Michaela Nolte explains: "The aim of the seal is to give employees guidance as to which companies offer special benefits and thus create attractive conditions for their employees."

BUTTING received the top rating of "very good" in eight categories in the first award in 2021: Nutrition and health; Attractive earning opportunities; Family friendliness; Personnel development and qualification; Innovation, communication, leadership and transparency; Mobility and connectivity; Freedom and comfort; and Sense of responsibility. The introduction of a digital applicant management system and offers for mobile working have now earned BUTTING its ninth top score in the digital category.

"For a better quality of life - that is our goal. For our customers, the people in the region and, of course, for our employees. The award confirms us in our actions and shows We are living up to our own standards," says Dirk Meinecke, CPO of the BUTTING Group, looking back happily on the award.
Over 50 benefits are available to employees. From bike leasing and HANSEFIT - a ticket to countless sports facilities throughout Germany - to holiday offers for employees' children, the Edel & Stark benefit programme has something for everyone.

"Our employees are the basis for BUTTING's success. That's why I'm all the more pleased that our commitment and what we offer has been recognised in this way - we are a top employer!" concludes Dirk Meinecke, emphasising the importance of the seal for BUTTING in Knesebeck.
