Today, it has become rare to spend your entire working life in a single company. This makes it all the more impressive to look back at eleven employees at BUTTING in Knesebeck. They were honoured in 2025 for 40 years of loyalty to the company.
On several dates throughout the year, the employees were honoured for their decades of loyalty and commitment.
The management personally invited them to the ceremonial honouring events. Dirk Meinecke and Norbert Heinzle welcomed the long-standing colleagues to the company's own conference centre, the BURG Knesebeck. Together with the partners and the respective managers, they looked back on the individual career paths and stories at BUTTING.
"We appreciate the incredible commitment of our employees. The expertise and experience that our colleagues have built up over their 40 years at BUTTING are of incredible value to us. That is why it is important to us to express our thanks and appreciation at these events," explains Norbert Heinzle. After the respective laudations, the BURG Knesebeck team treated all guests to an exquisite 3-course menu. The honours were rounded off with gifts from the Knesebeck family business and an award from the Lüneburg Wolfsburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
