International plant engineering projectsdemand the highest quality standards, comprehensive manufacturing expertise and globally recognised approvals. That is why BUTTING is constantly expanding its international portfolio of qualifications. With up-to-dateASME certifications at its sites in Tieling (China), Schwedt and Knesebeck (both in Germany), the group is systematically expanding its expertise in plant engineering and creating additional opportunities for customers worldwide.
Customers thus benefit from greater in-house manufacturing capacity, a high degree of flexibility in site selection and the reliable execution of complex projects – from technical consultancy through to engineering, manufacturing and delivery. This provides planning certainty and opens up additional capacity for international projects.
At the same time, BUTTING is expanding its capabilities for the North American market. Through BUTTING Canada, customers in the USA will in future be served even more effectively and supported by the manufacturing capabilities of the BUTTING Group’s international production network.
An overview of the current accreditations:
- BUTTING Tieling has successfully renewed its ASME VIII U Div. I certification
- BUTTING Schwedt has been certified to ASME VIII U Div. I for the first time
- BUTTING Anlagenbau at its Knesebeck site has successfully renewed its existing ASME VIII U Div. I certification and expanded its range of services with ASME VIII U Div. II certification
With these qualifications, BUTTING is strengthening its international production network and expanding its capabilities for the manufacture of sophisticated pressure vessels and plant components in accordance with the globally recognised requirements of the ASME code.
The combination of internationally harmonised quality standards, decades of expertise in materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies enables BUTTING to implement projects efficiently, cost-effectively and to consistently high quality standards across various production sites.
