We use inert gasin our production processes - otherwise we do without "hot air"! Some call it fine vegetables, we call it healthy breaks! BUTTING helps you to be strong and healthy with delicious, discounted canteen meals and snacks. Interested in the company's own health management programme? Take your pick: Check-ups, back training or running events... there's sure to be something for you!
Family friendliness
It takes a good dose of nobilityto maintain an overview in everyday family life. BUTTING is happy to support you. Young families receive financial allowances for family events, and if you want to care for a relative, special leave is possible. Are you missing the list of flexible working hours in special family situations? These are a matter of course for us!
Finances and pension
Only employees who wish to support us with their expertise for longer than the actual retirement age are eligible for apension. For everyone else, BUTTING offers financially interesting and variable partial retirement models. We pass on strong financial incentives to all members of the BUTTING family, e.g. when shopping.

IT and mobility
Silver, copper, cobalt, palladium .... are important precious metalsfor most communication devices. Our most important "components" are our employees: in order to stay in closer contact with you and support you in your mobility, we have various options for mobile working, an employee app and plenty of free parking spaces, for example. If you want to reach our rural idyll by public transport, you can even take the train almost to the front door!
Sustainability
When it comes to environmental protection, we work together wherever we can: From energy-efficient combined heat and power plants to green electricity from photovoltaics. Many of our "strong guys" cycle to work. At BUTTING in Knesebeck, there are free water dispensers for which reusable bottles are used.
Social commitment
Our social commitment is a bit like precious wood: beautiful, expressive, striking and often highly valued. Colleagues help colleagues through the BUTTING support organisation, colleagues celebrate with colleagues at the company party. Managers recognise the achievements of long-standing colleagues at anniversary celebrations. Apprentices learn team spirit during onboarding and on trainee trips.
