As an internationally active company, we at BUTTING know that in a changing world, management must react dynamically. But there is one constant: our managers share an open, appreciative attitude towards employees, colleagues and customers and base their behaviour on our management principles.

Our customers expect top-quality solutions in all areas - our more than 1,700 employees expect a clear direction, good working conditions and secure jobs. It is our task to meet these requirements equally. That's why leadership is more than just a concept for us - we have a common understanding.

The BUTTING Group is growing - and so is our management board. Therefore, it is important for us to align our organisational structure to this growth. For this purpose, we have developed strong leadership principles to steer our actions in a common direction and drive forward the development of simple, standardised and practicable tools.

Integrated management system
Corporate governance is a high priority at BUTTING. Our management principles were developed with this in mind, and they form the legal and factual regulatory framework for managing and supervising our company. Our specially implemented Integrated Management System (IFS) has been trained and practised since 2015. For the benefit of everyone in the company.
