BUTTING in Brazil
In 2009, BUTTING Brasil Soluções em Tubos Especiais Ltda. was founded in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The establishment of this sales office was an important step towards increasing our presence on the South American continent.
We are focussing on the marketing of production services from the BUTTING production sites in Germany and China. In addition to sales activities, the local team is also responsible for project management and support on site.

Hillger NDT in Braunschweig
In 2019, BUTTING acquired Hillger NDT GmbH, an innovative company with extensive expertise in the field of ultrasonic testing. Hillger is based in Braunschweig in Lower Saxony (Germany) and is a recognised partner for innovative solutions and testing tasks in the field of non-destructive testing. The Braunschweig-based company has been developing and selling ultrasonic imaging inspection systems for more than 40 years. The focus is on aerospace technology.
