New sales office in France

The BUTTING Group is continuing to expand its global network: On 1 October, the family business opened a sales office in France. This means that the strategy of "Building a high-performance, global network" continues to be consistently pursued.

In addition to the sales organisation at the main plant in Knesebeck and at other production sites, BUTTING's global sales structure is based on its own sales offices. Sales are also supported by activities of various sales partners in different regions of the world. The objective of this global strategy is to work together hand in hand to provide optimal customer support and product and delivery quality under the umbrella of the BUTTING Group.

In France, Jean-François Bouziat will take over the office in future. He is a specialist with many years of experience in sales of customized and technically sophisticated products. What sets this technical expert apart is his knowledge of the industry and of the regional market. Our local presence offers BUTTING a wide variety of opportunities for customer relationships and sales markets. At the same time, our customers benefit because we can react flexibly to their needs and act quickly and project-specifically.

Jörg Pollmann, Sales Customised components: "We focus on intensifying and expanding personal customer contacts at the local level. At the same time, we see considerable potential in this region for products made from stainless steel, which are further processed into a new, customer-specific product by means of joining, cutting, forming, surface technology and mechanical processing. We aim to generate growth for our production sites and to gain market shares through our local presence."

"The focus of our representative office in France is the development of the French market for our 'More than Pipes' products," says Norbert Heinzle, Managing Director of BUTTING in Knesebeck. "This step is part of our growth strategy in this product segment and thus an important step in the implementation of our corporate strategy."
