BUTTING: Nadcap® recertification for NDT X-ray

The company has recently successfully completed its Nadcap® recertification for non-destructive testing (NDT X-ray). The aerospace component manufacturer has once again confirmed its commitment to conducting high-quality non-destructive testing procedures for its customers.

Since the mid-1970s, BUTTING has been manufacturing pipes, bends, flanges, ready-to-install pressurised gas and fuel pipes as well as weld constructions for the aerospace sector. The product range also includes components made of corrosion-resistant steel for ground and test equipment. The family business aims to meet the demanding standards of this high-tech industry by leveraging extensive experience in the manufacture of stainless steel products, as well as employing cutting-edge production technologies and stringent quality controls.  BUTTING is certified according to EN 9100 and has a cleanroom that meets the standard DIN ISO 14644-1 class 8 / US Fed. STD.: 100 000. BUTTING has been awarded Nadcap® AC7110 accreditation for the welding of aircraft components. Welding supervisors are designated in accordance with DVS 2715.
