BUTTING Akademie introduces its first seminar programme for small and medium-sized enterprises

This year for the first time, the BUTTING Akademie is publishing two seminar brochures. The semester programme “From one human being to another” is aimed at people living in the region and contains tried and tested topics, as well as new interesting subjects for all ages. The new seminar programme “Working with values – managing with values” targets specialists and managers from small and medium-sized enterprises. It is divided into two sets of seminars “From practice for practice” and “Managing with values”. The two-day seminars will take place in Knesebeck castle, a unique and in every respect “valuable” place to learn, which combines the hospitable atmosphere of a half-timbered building with the amenities of a modern conference centre.

 

The seminars “From practice for practice”, will deal with basic, elementary qualifications for the management of SMEs. The focus is on communicating practice-related foundations and useful tips for managerial life. The ten seminars in this series are particularly suited to executives who have recently joined management and would like to enhance their competence in dealing with their daily tasks.

The “Managing with values” seminars will be organised in co-operation with the BUTTING Akademie’s long-term partner, xpand GmbH, an internationally active consultancy institute. This second series of seminars will deal with the central responsibilities of a competent manager who sees a values-oriented corporate culture as important. The ten seminars build on one another and will provide an integrated understanding of management, but they may also be booked individually.
